- You need to install a Java 8 virtual machine. When available, we strongly recommend using the JVM distributed by Sun Oracle as our experience has been that other JVMs introduce a lot of issues in PDF Studio (GTK issue with toolbar spacing issues, no SWT support for native file browser, other bugs with image rendering). You can download one from Sun’s Java web site or contact your OS manufacturer.

Q: I have three computers, yet my license only allows installations on two computers. Can I add a third computer to my existing license instead of purchasing a new license key? A: Yes, you can. Our online store is not currently setup to handle this automatically, but this is how you can do it.Go to our custom purchase page on our website: http://www.qoppa.com/util/custompay/ In the Description field, enter: Add Computer - <Your Email Address> - < Your current key> For PDF Studio Standard, in the Amount field, enter: 44.50 For PDF Studio Pro, in the Amount field, enter: 64.50 Here is a sample screenshot of what the custom purchase page should look like: Press 'Buy' and proceed with the purchase. Please note that the process is not fully automated on our side but we will upgrade your license to allow 3 computers within 24 hours and send you an email to let you know. You can then use your existing license key on a third computer. Related Post: |
